Warranty Coverage

Each timepiece is backed by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in the movement, dial, or clasp.

What’s Covered:

  • Movement issues not caused by mishandling
  • Defective crown, hands, or clasp
  • Battery malfunction within the first year

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage, water exposure, or scratches
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Resolution:

We will replace defective watches with an identical or equivalent model when available. Proof of purchase and watch registration is required.
